There are many ways to step up and get involved to help make CF stand for Cure Found. Here are just a few to start…

• go to CFF.org and make a donation (99 cents of every dollar goes to research)

• search for a local chapter and volunteer your time

• participate in a Great Strides walk or Climb for a Cure

• find an event near you and enjoy – beer and wine tastings or a Breath of Life Gala

• write to your local state representative to become a CF Ambassador

• check CFF.org around major holidays and send a beautiful card that features the artwork of CF patients

• create your own fundraising event

• just learn more about CF and spread the word!
